Oat Cashew Mylk

Oat or Cashew are popular milk substitutes for vegans or sufferers of dairy and lactose intolerance. This creamy combination of both nuts is so delicious, we use it as our house mylk. It's relatively lower in fat than most other nuts, and high in protein and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, iron, and zinc. 

Almond Mylk

Almonds are considered the super nut of the seed family. They lower LDL cholesterol, which makes them incredibly heart-friendly.
